Order and delivery information for your AUREN order is held in your Shopify order confirmation.
Using your confirmation email
Every order confirmation and shipping notification is sent to the email address used at checkout. Once your parcel is dispatched, the shipping email includes the tracking details for your delivery.
Your account
You can also view your orders in your AUREN account, which opens the secure Shopify customer portal.
