RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and swimwear with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned.

Email Aurenstore49@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions and arrange collection where available.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. For exchanges we'll reserve your replacement size where stock allows.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
